The Honda K20A fuel pump and fuel rail are designed for a single line from the fuel tank to the rail without a return line. The pressure is regulated internally at the Honda fuel pump in the tank.
The Elise fuel pump provides both an outlet and inlet fuel line connection for an external non-adjustable pressure regulator on the fuel rail with both inlet and outlet connections. SunSpeed has designed a unique, easy to install solution for mating the Honda to the Elise wit proprietary aluminum push on connectors and motor sport fuel lines, adjustable pressure regulator, hi-performance fuel filter.
The Complete Sun Speed conversion Kit will fit any Elise to Honda conversion. Includes:
4 fuel lines, with proprietary, anodized aluminum push-on connectors at the Elise fuel pump and Honda fuel rail and, -6AN hose ends
AEM adjustable fuel pressure regulator with installation hardware. Necessary to order an optional pressure gauge.
3 x -6 AN fuel line adapters
high flow cleanable fuel filter with mounting base and hardware to replace the Elise low performance filter.
